Study groups take us deeper into the process of our healing and recovery. Everyone's path will be different and it is up to the participant to choose the path that is best suited for them based on their particular struggle, hurt or hang-up. This can and should be done in consultation with the 201 group leader, a sponsor, or even a outside counselor. Participants have the benefit of attending as many groups as they like and even re-visiting a group if it would benefit them further in their recovery.
Study groups offered vary, yet all groups are gender specific. Some of the most common groups are below.

12 Step Study (For Men and Women) - This study is about transformation: from death to life, from addiction to recovery. It is about walking with God, humbly accepting and doing his will. As you work through each of the biblical twelve steps you will discover challenging spiritual lessons that will allow you to live your life free from addiction.
