From
Bristol: Take Interstate 81 (I-81) south toward Kingsport/Knoxville.
Get off at exit 66 on the Blountville highway (126). At the
end of the off ramp turn left toward Blountville, go under the
bridge, and turn right on the first road past the interchange/exit.
This is Shipley Ferry Road. Central High School is immediately
on the left. Follow the road until just before it passes under
I-81, and turn left to continue on Shipley Ferry Road. There
is a sign with an arrow indicating the way to Celebration Church
at this turn.
Go about a mile to Celebration Church on the left. Parking is
also available across the street opposite the church building.
From
Kingsport: Take Interstate 81 (I-81) north toward Bristol.
Get off at exit 63 on the Airport Parkway (357). At the top
of the ramp turn right toward the Tri-Cities Airport. Go about
a quarter mile, cross the bridge over Shipley Ferry Road, and
turn left to take the ramp down to Shipley Ferry Road. This
turn is marked. At the end of the ramp turn right. Follow this
road until just before it passes under I-81, turn right again
to continue on Shipley Ferry Road. There is a sign with an arrow
indicating the way to Celebration Church at this turn. Go about
2 miles to Celebration Church on the right. Parking is also
available across the street opposite the church.If preferred,
follow I-81 to exit 66, turn right at the end of the ramp, and
then follow the directions as if coming from Bristol.
From
Johnson City: Take either Interstate 181 (I-181) or
the old Kingsport-Johnson City highway (36) north toward Kingsport
to Interstate 81 (I-81). Then follow the directions as if coming
from KingsportOr take route 75 at Gray from either 181 or 36
toward Tri-Cities Airport. Then take the Airport Parkway (357)
toward I-81 until coming to Shipley Ferry Road. From there follow
the Kingsport directions.
